Stories From the Spool

My wife returns from overseas tomorrow and, given that she’s been away for a month, I’m taking some time off. Because of this, I’m putting some posts into the queue, starting with a three-part post on a paper entitled “The Complex Roles Of Universities In The Period Of Globalization” by Philip Altbach. I wish I’d read it sooner but I’ve read it now and I discuss it for quite a while. There’ll be some more standalone posts after this but it will be slightly less topical for a while as I take a little bit of deserved rest.
